I found the location very convenient as it was a short walk to the o2 academy. the complimentary snacks and toiletries were a thoughtful addition to the room. parking was free and readily available onsite. That was useful. i appreciated the ease of communication via whatsapp.
I noticed a large gap under the door. Light streamed in. this was not ideal.

Really good Boutique Stay

The hotel was clean. It had a very comfortable and well-appointed room. Access was easy. The responsiveness of staff via messaging was also great (i appreciated that). I found it easy to locate the hotel, it was nicer inside than i expected.
I stayed here and felt the location was not ideal, particularly as a solo female traveler. The area felt a little rough. The hotel is basically above a garage and a burger bar.

The hotel included convenient amenities. I especially appreciated the coffee pod machine. The air conditioning unit in the room made it easy to get the perfect temperature. They provide fresh towels with shampoo, hand wash, body lotion and a hairdryer.

The room was spotlessly clean. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well. free on-site parking was available to me, this was helpful.
my room lacked a dressing table. there was also no chair, this made it difficult to get ready. the fancy light switches were confusing to operate.

parking was on site.
I stayed one night and found some issues. the smart tv had no terrestrial channels. I did not want to input all my logins for netflix, etc. the coffee machine had no operating instructions. i had to use the kettle to turn my espresso into a normal size coffee.

the room was very clean with all that i needed. fresh towels was provided. the hotel gives shampoo, hand-wash, body lotion and a hairdryer.
the location is not good. it is over a garage and a burger bar. i felt a little unsafe. the lift wasn't pleasant.
